Our Impact

Castle Accommodation is operating across 12 properties and over 200 units, both HMO type and self-contained flats. We have a team of 16 very passionate and committed members of staff. Since 2019 we have housed and supported over 950 households including families.

Our flat was perfectly adapted to our needs and it allows us (myself and two grown up children) as a disabled family to function as normal. We can cook and shower unsupported. We have independence we previously didn’t have. We can use the garden and have a social interaction with the other residents, just like a normal family. I am a better mother to my autistic children and we are so much happier now."

Managing Director

As the Managing Director of Castle Accommodation, Aksana brings a deep commitment to providing dignified housing for homeless. With a strategic focus on property acquisition, refurbishment and strong partnership with local authorities, she makes sure each project leaves a positive mark. She is passionate about transforming properties into solid foundations for future residents.

Magnus Strom

Director

As a Director of Castle Accommodation, Magnus oversees investment strategies, financial planning and property acquisitions. His focus is on expanding the property portfolio whilst ensuring that every investment aligns with the company's mission to provide quality housing. He is very passionate about integrating new technologies into the properties to enhance efficiency and improve the living experience for the residents.

Rob Clare

CFO

Rob is a Chartered Banker (MCIBs; ACIB) with 40 years' commercial experience. He holds 8 executive director and 3 non-executive director posts across banking, technology, manufacturing and corporate finance. Robs offers commercial common sense using experience and knowledge across multiple sectors and expertise in strategy, finance, risk, governance and leadership.

Nothing happens without a great team. Our staff comes from every industry, all bringing valuable experience and insights into our daily operations. Above all they share a passion for making a change. Some of the most rewarding and fulfilling work can be found in helping others through a difficult time.
